About the role
Lead development and support of school leadership training, coaching, and mentorship programs in Lagos. Provide thought leadership and document best practices for school leadership initiatives.
What you’ll do
• Review current school leadership programmes with LASUBEB and LGAs. • Develop school leadership training, coaching and mentorship programme. • Support training of headteachers and school support officers. • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship support. • Document emerging good practices and lessons learned.
What you’ll bring
• Master's degree in Education or related field. • Minimum 8 years in education programming and leadership. • Experience with school leadership curriculum design. • Fluency in English. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
