About the role
Support client services by managing projects and communications to ensure client success and profitability. Coordinate across media strategy and agency teams to optimize delivery and performance.
What you’ll do
• Manage workflow of assigned accounts. • Develop and maintain account status reports. • Serve as client liaison and run status calls. • Assist in estimating fees and preparing budgets. • Maintain accurate records of expenditures and billing.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. • At least one year experience in advertising or marketing. • Experience with direct client contact. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. • Legal authorization to work in the USA.
