About the role
Manage existing Residential customer accounts to grow recurring revenue through cross-sell and upsell. Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to drive expansion revenue.
What you’ll do
• Manage portfolio of existing Residential customers. • Build and execute account growth plans. • Conduct onsite customer visits and represent company. • Lead discovery, presentations, proposals, and closing. • Partner on account planning and growth initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 3+ years quota-carrying sales or account management. • Proven experience growing customer relationships. • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot. • Ability and willingness to travel for visits and events.
