About the role
Lead a team managing retention, renewal, and expansion of revenue in the Lower South Island. Ensure farmers gain ongoing value from Halter and coach your team to high performance.

• Lead team for retention, renewals, and revenue expansion. • Ensure farmers extract full value from Halter. • Build valued relationships with farmers and teams. • Manage and support field-based Account Managers. • Coach team and lead recruitment as region grows.
What you’ll bring
• Track record in people leadership or ready to lead. • Strong relationship-building skills. • Coaching mindset and energy for team growth. • Experience in agriculture or rural NZ is a plus. • Excellent communication and integrity.
