About the role
Manage client relationships to retain and grow customer base in consulting and professional services. Serve as main contact for client engagement, renewals, and growth opportunities.
What you’ll do
• Maximize retention rate across book of business. • Drive adoption of AlphaSense solutions to uncover new opportunities. • Identify revenue at risk to prevent churn. • Collaborate with Account Executives on growth opportunities. • Cultivate relationships with users and key stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years account management experience with retention and growth. • Strong relationship management skills with Fortune 1000 clients. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work in a SaaS environment. • Work authorization for USA.
