Manage a portfolio of client accounts focusing on performance marketing and SEO. Drive growth, retention, and client success through strategic planning and communication.
What you’ll do
• Own account strategy and success planning. • Lead client relationship and communication. • Drive account performance management. • Identify and scope account growth opportunities. • Manage account health, retention, renewal, and risk.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years as Account or Client Success Manager in performance marketing. • Primary point of contact for multiple client accounts. • Strong understanding of paid advertising and KPIs. • Experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic/DSP. • Fluent English and US business hours availability.
