About the role
Manage customer accounts after sales conversion, focusing on retention, expansion, and relationship building. Own the account lifecycle and grow customer spend.
What you’ll do
• Run onboarding and achieve early customer results. • Monitor account health and proactively engage customers. • Respond quickly and advocate for customers internally. • Grow accounts by expanding markets and budgets. • Overcome objections to retain at-risk accounts.
What you’ll bring
• 3–5+ years managing B2B accounts with retention and growth. • Experience building genuine customer relationships. • Strong negotiation and objection handling skills. • Comfortable using CRM and managing pipeline. • Preferred: lead-gen or real estate/roofing experience.
