About the role
Manage and support client accounts while acquiring new clients primarily via phone and email. Participate in sales events and assist with educational programs and product launches.
What you’ll do
• Acquire clients via phone and email, no cold calling. • Consult new clients on products and accounts. • Manage and support active client base. • Win-back and reactivate inactive clients. • Participate in trade fairs and sales events.
What you’ll bring
• Strong interest in stock market and financial markets. • Sales drive and enthusiasm for customer engagement. • Native-level German and good English skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Work authorization for Germany.
