About the role
Manage, record, reconcile, and monitor all financial transactions related to waybills. Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of waybill collections and dispatch payments.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and maintain accurate waybill financial records. • Verify waybill details and transportation charges. • Record daily waybill transactions. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records. • Work with Operations and Dispatch teams on deliveries.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related. • 2-5 years accounting experience in transport or logistics. • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls. • Experience with waybills and transport financial records. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
