About the role
Support day-to-day accounting operations for an international organization. Ensure accurate financial records and compliance while improving accounting processes.
What you’ll do
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities. • Perform reconciliations and maintain financial accuracy. • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. • Support financial statement preparation and reporting. • Coordinate with internal and external financial partners.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in intermediate accounting roles. • Fluency in English and Mandarin. • Proficient with QuickBooks and financial systems. • Knowledge of payroll, budgeting, and financial controls. • Based permanently in Canada.
