About the role
The Accounts Officer will support general accounting and finance functions including invoicing and financial reconciliations. This role requires proficiency in Ms-Excel, relevant ERPs, and payroll management.
What you’ll do
• Support payroll reconciliations and adjustments. • Raise client invoices and track payments. • Reconcile payroll, invoices, and receipts. • Prepare statutory deduction schedules and payment remittances. • Maintain accurate financial records and support finance reporting.
What you’ll bring
• HND or BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 2-4 years experience in security services or outsourcing firms. • Proficiency in Ms-Excel including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot tables. • Strong numerical, analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
