About the role
Own invoice intake, accurate property coding, vendor payments, and reconciliations for a vacation rental portfolio.
What you’ll do
• Process daily vendor Accounts Payable transactions. • Post reimbursable expenses in QuickBooks Online. • Code invoices accurately to property and expense accounts. • Manage A/P inbox and payment runs. • Prepare vendor reconciliations and support audits.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. • 3+ years accounting experience with US, Canadian, Australian, or UK employer. • 2+ years property management or vacation rental accounting. • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online. • Ability to work US Eastern Time hours and occasional weekends.
