About the role
Process and code invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and assist in month-end closing activities. Ensure timely payment and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
What you’ll do
• Process and code invoices accurately and timely. • Ensure invoices are approved and documented. • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. • Monitor accounts payable aging reports. • Assist in month-end closing and account reconciliations.
What you’ll bring
• 1-2 years experience in intercompany accounts payable. • Experience with high volume invoicing and data entry. • Proficient in MS Teams, Office, Outlook. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Work authorization for Philippines.
