About the role
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and vendor payments. Support procure-to-pay process and improve AP operations.
What you’ll do
• Process high volume of invoices accurately and on time. • Manage invoices in multiple currencies. • Respond to vendor inquiries. • Support monthly AP close and reconciliations. • Identify and recommend AP process improvements.
What you’ll bring
• 2–3 years accounts payable experience. • Knowledge of basic accounting principles. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage high transaction volume. • Legal right to work in Mexico.
