Accounts Receivable Representative

About the role
Manage insurance claims and appeals in a fast-paced medical revenue cycle environment. Ensure accurate claim submissions and resolve denials efficiently.
What you’ll do
• Work daily aging reports and follow up on insurance claims. • Analyze and resolve EDI claim rejections and denials. • File initial and secondary appeals including second-level appeals. • Monitor claim rejection trends and suggest resolutions. • Maintain documentation and communicate with providers.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of medical revenue cycle and financial impact. • Experience with medical coding, billing, and reimbursement. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in fast-paced, high volume environment.

Opportunity to become permanent after contract. Work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
