About the role
Support after-sales follow-up and customer onboarding using the SmartEnergies Subsidy App. Collect and record customer, sales, and distribution data daily and perform safety checks on cylinders and cookers.

• Support after-sales follow-up and refill reminders. • Collect and record customer, sales, and distribution data. • Carry out safety checks on cylinders and cookers. • Register and onboard customers at retailer outlets. • Use SmartEnergies Subsidy App for onboarding.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum SSCE certificate. • Based in or able to work in Ikorodu. • Friendly and clear communicator. • Reliable and punctual with flexible hours. • Comfortable using smartphone app and paper forms.
