About the role
Advise prospective students on study options and support their application process. Engage with students via multiple channels and collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
What you’ll do
• Respond promptly to prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, email, in-person. • Advise on study destinations, courses, entry requirements, funding options. • Prepare and review application and visa documents. • Track student progress and log daily activity. • Support info sessions, outreach events, and webinars.
What you’ll bring
• At least 1 year experience in student recruitment or education services. • Comfortable and confident on camera. • Excellent spoken and written English with professional manner. • Organised and detail-oriented with follow-through on leads. • Able to work on-site in Port Harcourt.
