About the role
Manage onboarding and integration of new advisors at Global Travel Collection. Train advisors on systems and resources to ensure quick start and long-term success.
What you’ll do
• Guide new advisors through first 3-6 months. • Support technical onboarding and training. • Conduct initial and ongoing training calls. • Coordinate with ASM and internal teams. • Create processes to improve advisor experience.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years training in travel industry. • Strong knowledge of GTC platforms and tools. • Experience with advisor relations or account management. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. • Work authorization for United States.
