About the role
Oversee service centre operations, coordinate technical and spare parts teams, and ensure efficient product repairs and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and submit operational reports. • Manage and monitor technicians and service personnel. • Oversee diagnosis, troubleshooting and repairs. • Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards. • Coordinate daily service centre operations.
What you’ll bring
• Experience supervising aftersales service centre. • Knowledge of Electronics or Home Appliances. • Bachelor's or HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related. • 2-5 years relevant work experience. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
