About the role
Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI agents to support Customer Success teams at Samsara. Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Design agent architectures and write maintainable Python code. • Build automated test suites for real-world scenarios. • Deploy and manage production AI agents. • Monitor agent performance and detect drift. • Continuously update agents as products and playbooks evolve.
What you’ll bring
• Experience building production LLM-based AI agents. • Proficient in Python and AI system integration. • Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks. • 3+ years software engineering experience. • Experience in B2B SaaS environment.
