About the role
Lead the technical direction of the platform's agent SDK and framework adapters. Ensure safety behaviors and multi-agent orchestration patterns are implemented consistently.
What you’ll do
• Own SDK as a product with versioning and release hygiene. • Design adapter and host contracts for consistent agent behavior. • Lead multi-agent orchestration and runtime safety features. • Define extension model and support repeated escape-hatch use. • Lead design reviews, RCAs, and mentor engineers.
What you’ll bring
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above). • Extensive software engineering and team leadership experience. • Experience building libraries, SDKs, or platforms. • Expert Python skills including async and packaging. • Hands-on experience with LLM agents and agent loops. • Experience managing breaking changes in widely used libraries.
