About the role

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in engineering or MBA. • 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles. • Experience with ticketing, CRM, or analytics tools. • Background in fintech or enterprise SaaS preferred. • Work authorization for Australia.
