About the role
Drive the AI agenda for the field organization, translating AI capabilities into enablement roadmaps and strategy. Partner with product and engineering to pilot and scale AI solutions and embed AI into workflows.
What you’ll do
• Own AI enablement roadmap and prioritize initiatives. • Identify and execute high-value AI field use cases. • Build relationships with AI field champions to drive adoption. • Design operational plan to scale AI pilots. • Lead AI governance standards for tool adoption.
What you’ll bring
• Several years in enablement or sales operations. • Experience with AI tools in business context. • Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering. • Self-sufficient with strong project management skills. • Work authorization for USA required.
