About the role

What you’ll do
• Provide passport and citizenship services. • Serve as primary contact for U.S. citizens. • Maintain network of public and private contacts. • Assist in emergency messaging and website updates. • Support consular section administrative duties.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 2 years administrative or customer service experience. • Completion of 2 years college or university studies. • Or 4 years administrative experience with secondary school completion. • Eligible to work in Nigeria. • Qualified applicants only.
