About the role
Provide passport, citizenship, and consular services for U.S. citizens in the consular district. Assist in crisis preparedness and response and perform administrative duties.
What you’ll do
• Provide passport and citizenship services. • Serve as primary contact for U.S. citizens. • Maintain network of public and private contacts. • Assist in emergency messaging and website updates. • Support consular section units as required.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum two years administrative or customer service experience. • Completion of two years college or four years secondary school. • Experience in case management or customer service. • Eligible to work in Nigeria. • Strong communication skills.
