About the role
Protect organizations against advanced cyber attackers by detecting and responding to incidents in real-time. Work remotely within PST or MST timezones in CrowdStrike's virtual security operations center.
What you’ll do
• Deliver clear, professional customer communications. • Produce high-quality written and verbal reports. • Triage and respond to security alerts. • Analyze EDR telemetry and forensic artifacts. • Investigate suspicious Microsoft 365 activity.
What you’ll bring
• Willing to work 4x10 schedule including weekend day. • Degree or relevant experience in cybersecurity or IT. • Strong troubleshooting and technical skills. • Ability to work independently. • Authorized to work in the United States.
