About the role
Support administration, maintenance, and improvement of HR technology environment. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance HRIS processes and data integrity.
What you’ll do
• Support HRIS administration and configuration. • Maintain employee and organizational data accuracy. • Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed. • Develop reports and assist with data analysis. • Create and maintain documentation and training materials.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. • 1+ year supporting HRIS or related business processes. • Experience with Dayforce or HCM platforms preferred. • Proficient in Excel and documentation. • Work authorization for United States.
