About the role
Serve as liaison between SitusAMC and clients to deliver and implement software solutions. Provide training and support for inhouse applications and client installations.
What you’ll do
• Validate and route software defects. • Test inhouse applications for projects and support. • Provide client and internal trainings. • Upgrade features and demonstrate configurations. • Travel nationally up to 15%.
What you’ll bring
• Associates degree or equivalent experience. • 0-2 years relevant industry experience. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Office. • Ability to learn and apply new skills. • Work authorization for United States.
