About the role
Provide rapid, effective support for Wise Platform enterprise partners' API issues. Act as first responder for major system incidents and ensure high-quality technical integrations.
What you’ll do
• Support enterprise API customers via email, chat, phone, video. • Test and debug REST APIs, interpret system logs, query databases. • Respond to major technical incidents and coordinate with teams. • Capture issue trends and share with product and engineering. • Collaborate globally to ensure seamless integration experience.
What you’ll bring
• 2-3 years technical support with REST APIs. • Strong understanding of REST APIs and debugging. • Familiarity with JSON, web authentication, API docs. • Experience with IDEs and version control tools. • Work authorization for United States.
