Support the company’s Digital Product platform and related services through monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure reliable customer-facing digital services.
What you’ll do
• Monitor Digital Product platform and services. • Investigate and troubleshoot application issues. • Respond to incidents and escalated support requests. • Support production releases and validation. • Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and teams.
What you’ll bring
• 1–3 years application or production support experience. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON, web applications. • Experience with identity management and ITSM platforms. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Work authorization for the US.
