About the role
Own advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Manhattan Active WM and Order Management platform. Provide Level 3 support in a 24x7 global support model with shift rotation.
What you’ll do
• Investigate and resolve complex Level 3 incidents. • Lead high-priority incident escalations to Manhattan Associates. • Run root cause analysis and drive corrective actions. • Improve monitoring and alerting systems. • Document incidents and maintain shift handovers.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years Level 3 application support experience. • Hands-on Manhattan Active WM or Order Management support. • Proficient in English and native/fluent Spanish or Portuguese. • Able to work 24x7 shift rotation. • Legal authorization to work in Mexico or Brazil.
