About the role
Build reliable, measurable, and safe AI agents that run real parts of the business. Work in Marketing Engineering and own solutions end to end.
What you’ll do
• Build AI agents using latest orchestration tools and frontier models. • Make AI agents reliable and safe for business use. • Work closely with growth pods to solve key problems. • Own solutions from problem to deployment. • Measure effectiveness of built systems.
What you’ll bring
• Proficient in Python, SQL, LLM APIs, and agent orchestration. • Experience shipping production systems from vague problems. • Built with LLMs beyond demo stage. • Ability to evaluate LLMs and identify failures. • Bonus: experience with GTM data or marketing systems.
