About the role
Manage accounts receivable ledger accuracy and collections. Handle billing, payments, refunds, and account reconciliations.
What you’ll do
• Ensure accuracy of AR Ledger and collections. • Highlight billing problems and aged debtors. • Review and allocate payments received. • Monitor pending payments and order statuses. • Process refunds and discounts accurately.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in AR D2C account cleanups and reconciliation. • Timely processing of invoices, credit notes, payments, refunds. • Complete and accurate accounts reconciliations. • Work on Jira tickets daily to meet SLAs. • Work authorization for Philippines.
