About the role
The Architect will develop and supervise architectural designs and coordinate projects from concept to execution. They ensure compliance with building codes and manage renovation and maintenance projects.
What you’ll do
• Develop architectural designs, concepts, layouts, and drawings. • Prepare detailed plans and 3D visualisations. • Supervise architectural works for compliance. • Conduct site inspections for renovation and maintenance. • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture. • Minimum 5 years relevant experience. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp. • Knowledge of building codes and construction standards. • Ability to interpret engineering and structural drawings.
