About the role
Develop innovative architectural designs and support property development projects. Ensure compliance with regulations and collaborate with professionals.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and submit drawings for building plan approval. • Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards. • Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and contractors. • Prepare architectural drawings and construction documentation. • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress. • Produce 3D models and presentations.
What you’ll bring
• Registration with ARCON and NIA membership advantageous. • 3-5 years experience in architectural design. • B.Sc or M.Sc in Architecture or equivalent. • Experience with rendering tools is a plus. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUP or ArchiAD. • Strong design communication and coordination skills.
