About the role
Develop comprehensive project manuals for Architecture and Interior Design projects. Collaborate with teams to develop specifications and support submittal review.
What you’ll do
• Prepare comprehensive project manuals. • Suggest alternate solutions when necessary. • Schedule periodic reviews for complex projects. • Review comments with Management Team. • Mentor junior staff members.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred. • 15 years experience in Architecture or Interior Design. • 5 years writing specifications. • Strong computer and communication skills. • Experience with MasterSpec, Bluebeam, Word, Excel preferred.
