About the role
Drive SCALE mPower operations in an assigned region, managing transport park onboarding, sales supervisors, loan disbursement, and collections. Build relationships with park leaders and oversee project performance.
What you’ll do
• Ensure accurate documentation for parks and loan applicants. • Build relationships with Park Chairmen and community stakeholders. • Recruit and manage Territory Sales Supervisors. • Coordinate loan disbursement and collections. • Prepare weekly regional performance reports.
What you’ll bring
• 4-6 years in field-based or regional operations roles. • Minimum 2 years in field operations or agent management. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Willingness to travel frequently within region. • Strong communication and people management skills.
