About the role
Coordinate sales, collections, and distribution operations for Sun King Solar products in assigned area. Manage a network of agents called Energy Officers to grow direct distribution sustainably.
What you’ll do
• Hire and train at least 40 Energy Officers. • Provide sales, collections, product, and logistics training. • Conduct weekly field visits and joint sales activities. • Meet or exceed sales and collection targets. • Resolve customer issues within 24 hours.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Business or equivalent with 3 years sales experience. • Excellent computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint. • Extensive customer care experience. • Strong planning, organizing, and relationship-building skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
