About the role
The Area Coordinator leads the MI Area Office in Markudi, managing multi-sectoral emergency response projects and ensuring compliance with international standards. They coordinate with partners and stakeholders to achieve programme deliverables and oversee office operations.
What you’ll do
• Develop and coordinate project implementation plans. • Ensure programme quality and compliance with standards. • Prepare and submit programme reports on time. • Represent MI in sector and coordination meetings. • Manage project staff and oversee office operations.
What you’ll bring
• Five years INGO experience in developing/humanitarian context. • Strong project and partnership management skills. • Experience managing field and project teams. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
