Area Schedule Lead, Leased Data Centers

About the role
Lead scheduling for a portfolio of leased Data Center projects, focusing on speed to market and risk mitigation. Partner with delivery teams and project controls to manage schedule health and change management.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate end-to-end schedule updates and risk communication. • Manage vendor and contractor schedule adherence. • Lead baseline schedule development and optimization. • Apply commercial entitlement for contractor Extensions Of Time. • Lead risk identification and schedule analysis. • Manage a small team of consultants if required.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in Planning, Scheduling, or Construction Management. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience. • Expertise in Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software. • Experience with Data Center or complex construction programs. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Experience leading complex project planning with multiple stakeholders.
