About the role

What you’ll do
• Coordinate and mentor two Senior Designers. • Guide art direction across integrated campaigns. • Develop compelling visual concepts. • Oversee creative development from concept to production. • Collaborate with copywriters and marketing partners.
What you’ll bring
• BA or BFA in related field or equivalent experience. • 7+ years in art direction or creative development. • Experience mentoring designers and providing feedback. • Strong portfolio in integrated campaigns and digital channels. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. • Strong English communication skills.
