Assistant Accountant

About the role
Support daily accounting and financial operations in a retail and wholesale environment. Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reconciliations and reporting.
What you’ll do
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in sales and receipts. • Verify payments from various channels. • Reconcile supplier statements and follow up. • Prepare financial reports and bank reconciliations. • Assist with inventory and import cost accounting.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or HND in Accounting or Finance. • 3-4 years accounting experience in retail or FMCG. • Strong numerical and analytical skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
