About the role
Lead financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and drive accounting workflows for Privia Health. Manage remote accounting team and support finance system transformations.
What you’ll do
• Direct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close routines. • Oversee journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. • Lead financial integration for mergers and acquisitions. • Provide technical accounting guidance and SEC reporting support. • Manage remote accounting team and foster development.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • CPA preferred with 10+ years accounting experience. • Experience in public accounting and public company environment. • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX 404 compliance. • Experience with Workday Financials or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
