About the role
Support the Corporate Services Manager in managing office, residential, and guest house facilities. Ensure effective facility management and quality service provision.
What you’ll do
• Inspect canteen for H&S and food handling compliance. • Coordinate maintenance and installation with suppliers. • Manage vendor payments with Procurement and Finance. • Monitor sustainable facility operations. • Handle immigration documentation and NIS returns.
What you’ll bring
• 2-3 years in corporate services or similar role. • Experience in vendor management or facilities. • Professional certification in Facilities Management preferred. • Good customer service and communication skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
