About the role
Lead and oversee the organization's leave of absence and workplace accommodation programs. Manage complex cases and supervise Leave & Accommodations Specialists.
What you’ll do
• Lead day-to-day leave and accommodation program administration. • Supervise Leave & Accommodations Specialists and assign work. • Manage high-risk or complex leave and accommodation cases. • Guide ADA interactive process and coordinate accommodations. • Develop policies, reporting, and ensure compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. • 5+ years HR experience with leave and accommodations. • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and leave laws. • Leadership and supervisory experience preferred. • Work authorization for the location required.
