About the role
Support instructional faculty by interacting with students in online business classes. Assist with grading, communication, and supplemental instruction to enhance student success.
What you’ll do
• Analyze student activity and respond appropriately. • Assist in managing student communications. • Escalate unique issues to lead instructor. • Assist with grading and feedback. • Monitor student engagement and recommend improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Previous teaching experience required. • Online teaching experience required. • 5 years HR experience or 3 years HR management preferred. • Master’s degree in business or HR related discipline. • Excellent communication and time management skills.
