About the role
Oversee day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and minimum downtime. Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in a hospitality environment.
What you’ll do
• Manage installation and maintenance of BMS, HVAC, kitchen and MEP systems. • Lead and allocate tasks to Shift Engineers and technicians. • Drive preventive maintenance and safety standards. • Coordinate with vendors and support procurement. • Ensure statutory compliance and handle engineering complaints.
What you’ll bring
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant Engineering. • Experience in hotel, hospitality or commercial facilities engineering. • Strong technical knowledge of building services and kitchen equipment. • Experience in team supervision and vendor management. • Proactive problem-solver with leadership and communication skills.
