About the role
Play an important role in growing Spotify's audiobook catalog and building relationships with independent publishers and authors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale the audiobook business and create exceptional experiences for creators and listeners.
What you’ll do
• Identify and evaluate audiobook catalogs from independent creators. • Negotiate licensing agreements and commercial partnerships. • Build trusted relationships with publishers and authors. • Use market insights and data to inform acquisition strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve partner experience.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in publishing, media, or business development. • Experience negotiating commercial licensing agreements. • Strong understanding of independent publishing ecosystem. • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree beneficial.
