About the role
Process and manage low-complexity insurance claims while developing technical claims handling knowledge. Deliver reliable service and prepare for growth in claims handling.
What you’ll do
• Investigate and analyze basic claim information under supervision. • Handle low-complexity First Party Property and Renters Claims. • Support higher-level examiners in litigation-related tasks. • Assist in setting initial reserves with senior approval. • Communicate with policyholders and agents professionally.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or equivalent required. • Must obtain Property & Casualty Adjuster License within 90 days. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Basic analytical and investigative abilities. • Work authorization for United States.
