About the role
Support clients with analysis and insights on industries, markets, and consumers using NIQ data and tools. Guide junior members and execute the service model to enhance customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Master NIQ tools and metrics to solve client business questions. • Collaborate with CS Insights and Account Leads to improve customer experience. • Develop analytical outlines leveraging multiple NIQ solutions. • Simplify data and present actionable insights to clients. • Lead and coach junior team members and champion initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in CPG or related sales, category management, market research. • Experience with NIQ or similar analytics solutions preferred. • Proficiency with NIQ data sources and Discover tool. • Strong analytical and numerical skills. • Work authorization for the US.
